• Any details you choose to share when you message us.
• Payment information, which is handled securely by our payment partner — we do not see or store your full card or bank details.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm your booking, collect payment, and contact you about your trek. We may send you a message after your stay to ask how it went.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services needed to run a booking — our payment partner (to process your payment) and WhatsApp (when we message you there). We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run our business and meet any legal or tax requirements, then remove them.
